One of Robert's main professional ethics is confidentiality, so you can rest assured and be comfortable in knowing that your correspondence and all of your information is treated with the highest degree of respect and is kept private and secure.

FOR PHONE READINGS:

Robert will call you at your scheduled appointment time. When you reserve a phone reading with Robert, please be in a quiet area with privacy and have your questions ready at the time of your scheduled appointment. Speakerphones and recordings are not permitted and the recording of Roberts's voice is strictly prohibited by law. However, you are welcome to take notes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There are no refunds for canceled readings once payment is made. If you are unavailable for your scheduled session, please contact Robert and he will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please email Robert at robbotinari@gmail.com with any scheduling questions.
